If they are leather, use saddle soap, followed by a coat of natural color paste shoe polish(it is clear). The saddle soap cleans really well, and the polish helps keep them from getting scuffed and dirty again. You can get both products anywhere they sell a good range of shoe care products. It takes a little time, but will really increase the life of your shoes.

i know this because my friend told me and i tried it. its really good apply it on white shoes and then about 10-20 min later wash it off and it should look really nice and white really as good as new
