How do you preserve basketball shoes ?

Depends on how much you want them preserved or how long you intend to keep them, clean it on a weekly basis. You can buy those shoe cleaners at your local sporting good store. If it is indoor basketball shoes, don't use them outside for any reason. If you do ended up using it outside for any reason, make sure you clean the bottom part the same day, otherwise, the dust will gather and stick to the bottom of your shoes and ruin the traction. A good way to clean it is using microfiber cloth and just wiping it down.





I tend to have a game shoe, strictly for indoor, and regular shoes for outdoor. This way, your game shoes will always have traction.

How do you preserve basketball shoes ?
Keep them clean, wear them only while indoors, keep polish on the leather, if any.
