if you're a guard, then the new nike zoom basketballs are perfect. they are lightweight yet durable, very good ankle protection, n gud feel of the floor when yolu wear them.. or check out the nike ai zoom huarache 2k5 (similar with the zoom basketballs).. both shoes become a part of your feet when you play.. if you're a big man down the post, then nike air force 25, good balance, good support, good ankle protection, nice bounce, durable..





also check out the nike elite shoes.. they designed shoes to fit you're position.. it all depends on your position..

Reply:Not everyone has the same type of foot, so suggesting one shoe to you probably wouldn't help much. However, I can give you a guide: Nike's are more for narrow-footed people; Adidas are for more wider-footed people (based on my own experience); Converse have the most padding (very comfortable, based on my own experience); I've never worked with New Balances...





Whenever you do pick your shoe, pick one that has 3/4 tops to support your ankles!
