What kinds of shoes are meant for basketball in parks or in the street?

i had a pair of dwyane wades

and i play basketball like all the time in the park, on a tennis court with a rim

they always get worn out, like the rubber outsoles, and i always pay like 100$ for a few months of basketball

what kinds of shoes should i buy to prevent this happening?

Reply:If your dropping 100$ on shoes and wearing them out, I recommend that you buy some starburys. They're a high quality shoe, comparable to d-wades maybe not quite as good but for 15 bucks. You can't pass that up even if you don't intend to play in them. Unfortunately the only place you can get them is steve and barry's.
Reply:why are you paying 100 dollars for shoes that you play ball in? There is no shoes that will last long if you play ball in them. I used to work in Sports Authority and the Nike rep said that all sports shoes are supposed to last about 2 months if you use them regulary for sports. After that the cushioning and whatnot wears out. If you play outside, why dont you buy some cheaper shoes and buy nice shoes for school or when you go out? Get some black shoes to play ball in, they will stay clean because they are black. Thats what I do. Then I got some white AF1s for when I go out.
Reply:Dont u think a pair of shoes tat costs $ 100 is much expensive %26amp; too much for a casual wear. No shoe wil last longer after repeated uses. So invest the same amount of money in buying a good pair of shoes for some occasional use. See u r not a professional player....u r playing for fun. So in such case u can better go for some less range of shoes.
