also the shoes must cater to running on hard surfaces like roads etc... which brand do you recommend and other detail that could help?
Wht r d precautions 2 be taken b4 buying shoes for basketball? esp regarding the sole and the grip beneath?
I'd go with Nike. I would make sure the shoe is high enough to support your ankle and the less it weighs the better. The reason i sy nike is because they are more comfortable, and will last a while.
Reply:I love reeboks. Get a mid (at least) for ankle support. Although I'd recommend a high-top. As long as its a basketball shoe, the grip shouldnt be a problem, and will work on outside surfaces.
