To all the sneakerheads... how do you take care of never worn basketball shoes?

How can i take care of shoes so that they wont turn yellow and stuff like that.. please answer! thank you!

There is really nothing you can do about the yellowing, if your shoes are around 5-6 yrs. old, they're probably going to start doing that. The best thing to do, is to throw in 1 or 2 silica packs into the shoe box, which will help keep moisture away from them (so you don't have to worry about mold). I would also recommend, that you NOT wrap your shoes in plastic wrap or ziplocs, because the lack of air will cause the soles to dry out and crack over time.
Reply:keep them in their boxes. keep the stuffing inside them, all the tissue paper around them, and put the boxes in your closet.
